Commission tiers

Receive higher commissions when you bring in more sales over the period of 1 year. The annual cycle is 12 months starting from 01 April of the year you join to 31 March of the following year.

How long does the approval process take until I become an affiliate?
Fill out the sign-up form in a few minutes and we will review your application within our next working days.
How will I know if my application is approved?
Our team will carefully review your application and if yours is approved, then you'll receive an email confirming your acceptance and some promotion assets to help you get started. For denials, we will also email you that your request has been rejected.
If we need more information from you we will reach out to you to discuss your application further.
How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will receive access to your own affiliate dashboard where you can manage your affiliate links and/or coupons. When customers purchase using your link or coupon, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions. Especially with links, even if customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they later purchase as long as the cookie hasn't expired or been cleared from the user's system.
How do I get paid with your affiliate program?
Our affiliates get paid directly to the payment account of their choice, or with discounts converted from Store Credit.

As we offer 60 day no quibble refund guarantee - first payments have to be made at the end of the guarantee period after the sale. Once 60 days have passed from the first few sales and we see low refund requests we will on a case by case basis pay out sooner, normally after 30 days. This is at the discression of the affiliate manager.
Who is this affiliate program for?
We offer corporate training to individuals and Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SME's). Therefore any Business oriented website or member based organisation such as a Chamber of Commerce, Exporters Association or Club or a talented and effective networker and sales person will be ideal for the types of courses we offer. We will also consider individuals with sales or internet marketing experience.
We will normally interview you by email or Whatsapp or other messenger to understand your potential and level of professionalism and capacity to benefit from a partnership with us.
Any restrictions or limits on my affiliate activity?
YES - We will give you guidelines and suggestions on how you can market our courses and programs and generate traffic to our website. Marketing copy and interventions need to be professional and consistent with our corporate branding, look and feel. No insulting, racist, sexual or inappropriate content should be used when promoting our courses. Any breach of these standards will lead to your expulsion from the program and any pending commissions being revoked. It is always best to bounce off your Affiliate Manager any initiatives you wish to undertake BEFORE embarking on them to ensure you are meeting our quality and branding standards.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions for eBSI Export Academy

Preliminary Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate refers to the individual or entity participating in the eBSI Export Academy Affiliate Program to promote eBSI Export Academy products in exchange for a commission on qualifying sales.
  • Commission refers to the payment the Affiliate earns for each qualifying sale made through their unique tracking link, subject to the terms in Section 6.
  • eBSI Export Academy refers to the brand name of Integrated Learning Solutions Ltd., an Irish-based company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

These Terms and Conditions establish the affiliate relationship between the Affiliate and eBSI Export Academy, the brand of Integrated Learning Solutions Ltd., governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

1. Permitted Marketing Practices

Affiliates are encouraged to market responsibly. All promotional methods should reflect positively on eBSI Export Academy and avoid aggressive tactics, including misleading claims, unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or harassment. Affiliates must always disclose their affiliate relationship with eBSI Export Academy in compliance with legal standards.

2. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

  • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or automated communications, including via email, social media, forums, or comments.
  • False or Misleading Advertising: Making exaggerated, false, or misleading claims about eBSI Export Academy products, services, or potential earnings.
  • Unauthorized Discounts or Offers: Creating, offering, or distributing discount codes, coupons, or special offers without prior written approval from eBSI Export Academy.
  • Cookie-Stuffing and Forced Clicks: Using any method to set tracking cookies or links without clear user consent or by deceptive means, including pop-ups or auto-redirects.
  • Inappropriate Content: Promoting eBSI Export Academy on websites or within content containing offensive, harmful, or unlawful material, including hate speech, violence, or adult content.
  • Ad Hijacking or Trademark Bidding: Bidding on eBSI Export Academy’s brand name or variations in paid search campaigns or using deceptive URLs that mimic eBSI Export Academy.

3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, consumer rights, advertising, and anti-spam legislation. Affiliates agree to adhere to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on advertising disclosure and affiliate relationships or any relevant local equivalent. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of commissions.

4. Use of eBSI Export Academy Brand Assets

Affiliates may use eBSI Export Academy trademarks, logos, and other brand assets only as provided by eBSI Export Academy and only in an approved format. Brand assets must not be altered, misrepresented, or used in a manner that may mislead, confuse, or imply a relationship beyond the affiliate partnership with eBSI Export Academy.

5. Termination and Liability

eBSI Export Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice in the event of a breach of these terms, including unauthorized promotional tactics, brand misrepresentation, or engagement in prohibited practices. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

6. Commission and Payment

When you successfully bring in orders, the merchant will review these orders and pay for commissions as follows:

  • Since eBSI Export Academy offers a 60-day no-quibble refund guarantee, first payments will be made at the end of this guarantee period after the sale.
  • Once 60 days have passed from the first few sales and we observe a low level of refund requests, we may, at the discretion of the affiliate manager, make payouts sooner, typically after 30 days.

7. Modification of Terms

eBSI Export Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including business practices, promotional strategies, and performance data shared by eBSI Export Academy and agree not to disclose this information to third parties without written consent from eBSI Export Academy.

9. Limitation of Liability

eBSI Export Academy is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from affiliate marketing activities. Affiliates are solely responsible for their marketing activities and agree to indemnify eBSI Export Academy against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
